Move + Rest Nervous System Reset in Boulder, CO

Join us for a Sunday afternoon specialized nervous system reset workshop followed by live music, tea and community integration.

In this special collaboration with Tesni Yoga, I will lead you through a yin and yang nervous system reset. This workshop includes a guided movement practice to break up stagnant energy and shake off the week, journaling exercises to release and reflect, and restorative yoga postures for deep relaxation and healing. This sweet and powerful combination works on both a subtle, energetic level, as well as a deep physical level. You'll leave with your mind, body, and spirit feeling rejuvenated, less stressed, and more connected to yourself. The perfect way to spend a Sunday! Don't miss it.
