As they say, the body keeps the score. SE is a subtle but impactful way to work directly with your body’s nervous system to help repair and rebuild healthy patterns. By following your body’s story, you create space to move stuck energy and emotion, cultivating more ease and more connection to yourself.

Restorative Yoga
Sleep and rest are two different things, and we need both. I’ve found that a majority of people today have forgotten how to deeply rest. This practice is consistently one that supports the body in creating a space for deep relaxation - on a systemic and cellular level.

Embodied Inquiry
Healing starts with giving yourself permission to feel and earning back your body's trust. This practice consists of slow, gentle, moving meditation. As you move, I guide you through an exploration of your body by simply inviting you to ask questions, and encouraging you to listen while your body answers.

Meditation
Develop the practice that has been proven to help decrease stress and anxiety, and increase mental focus and clarity. In these sessions, I will guide you through personalized breathwork and meditation, based on your unique needs and goals. I will also work with you to help you develop and sustain a consistent practice you can return to again and again.

Self-Inquiry
The world is as we believe it to be. This is a practice in learning to see the parts that we usually miss. Self-inquiry through The Work of Byron Katie is an invaluable tool if you are interested in deep internal reflection and letting go of the stories that feed your stress.
