My greatest joy is helping people like you remember your way back home to yourself.

From movement to meditation, I’ve spent the last 15 years gathering information and experience in a wide array of healing and empowering modalities. And I’ve distilled them down into tangible, practical tools and practices to help you get the most out of our sessions. Together, we move through stuck places and held trauma by working with the body, mind, and awareness. Over time, the result of this gentle but impactful work is an inner connection to peace and ease.

What I do isn’t about fixing you because you’re not broken. It isn’t about me teaching you how to be more like someone else. It isn’t about teaching you anything.

It’s about helping you remember who you are. From the inside out.

My movement journey has carried me from competition to performance to fitness to healing. I use a wide range of tools and experiences to help all of my clients find healing, joy, and connection.
